Look, the truth is every project's different. But we've got a pretty solid rhythm after doing this for years. First meeting's always relaxed - bring your ideas, even the weird ones. Especially the weird ones, honestly.

Then we dig into site analysis, which sounds boring but it's where we figure out what your land's trying to tell us. Sunlight patterns, wind flow, existing trees you definitely shouldn't cut down - all that matters way more than most people think.

Design phase is collaborative. You're not gonna get radio silence for three months and then some big reveal. We check in, adjust, rethink things when they're not working. Because they won't always work on the first try, and pretending otherwise is just setting everyone up for disappointment.
